Kind Rise Signature Session
Each Kind Rise Signature Session combines movement, breath-work, mindfulness, literacy, and age-appropriate skill-building in a way that feels playful, supportive, and grounded in education. Sessions follows a predictable structure that helps children feel safe, engaged, and supported. The lessons are thoughtfully designed to nurture emotional regulation, mindfulness, movement, and connection.
Welcome: Restorative Circle
We begin each session in a welcoming circle where children gather together to settle in. This time helps them transition into the space, connect with one another, and feel safe and included. Through simple check-ins and calming moments, children begin to slow down and prepare their minds and bodies for the lesson.
Breathing Exercise
Children learn simple breathing techniques that help calm their nervous system and build awareness of their bodies. These playful breathing practices teach children how to slow down, focus their attention, and manage big feelings in a healthy way.
Yoga Sequence
The class moves through a gentle, developmentally appropriate yoga sequence designed for young children. Through movement, balance, and playful poses, children build strength, coordination, body awareness, and confidence while learning how movement can help them regulate their energy.
Reflection: Guided Story
Children are invited into a short guided story or imaginative reflection that encourages mindfulness, emotional awareness, and creativity. These moments help children connect to their feelings, practice empathy, and develop the ability to pause and reflect.
Closing: Positive Affirmations
Each session ends with simple, uplifting affirmations that help children build confidence, kindness, and a positive inner voice. This closing moment reinforces the lesson and sends children out feeling calm, empowered, and supported.
